Capsule in Omori

一年ぶりに大森ジムにトレーニングしに行った！
It's been a year since I worked out at Omori!

マシン多くて、エリア広くて、ジャクジーあったり、スタッフ優しくて。。でも今までもエスカレーターと階段はいつも間違う(^-^)ゞ
It has a lot of machines, a jacuzzi, lots of space, the staff is nice.. But still I always make a mistake going up the stairs and down the escalator..





明日からはちゃんとのホテルの泊まるんから今日は一日ガマンしないと
I gotta stay here for one night but from tomorrow I will be in a legit hotel.
